Can you really move my mobile home for free?
In many cases, yes. If the home is in good, livable condition and in a location we serve, we may be able to move or remove it at no cost to you. The only way to know for sure is a free on-site evaluation. Call us or request a quote and we'll give you an honest answer.
How much does it cost to move a mobile home in California?
It depends on the home's size (single, double or triple-wide), its condition, the distance, site access and the permits required. After a quick evaluation we give you a clear quote with no surprises. Some homes qualify for our free move program.
My parents' home is in a park and no one lives there. What are my options?
This is one of the most common calls we get. We can remove the home so you stop paying space rent, move it for free if it qualifies, tear it down if it's in poor condition, or help you replace it with a new manufactured home.
Do you handle permits and paperwork?
Yes. Moving a mobile home on California roads requires transport permits and coordination with the park or property owner. We guide you through the process and coordinate the logistics so you don't have to.
